This form must be completed and submitted for
High School swimmers who are NOT year round swimmers.

USA Athlete Registration Application

to be turned in with HSA Registration Form.

USA Seasonal or High School Athlete Registration Application
USA Swimming required for high school swimmers
to be turned in with HSA High School Registration Form.

HSA Volunteer Job Descriptions
Every family who has a child swimming in a home meet is required
to volunteer to work 1 or 2 sessions at the meet!

HEAT SHEET AD SELLS
